Dr. Murthy Gokula
Earning his medical degree at Siddhartha Medical College in India, Dr. Murthy Gokula
completed his family medicine residency at Sparrow Hospital/Michigan State University in Lansing, MI. After his residency, he continued his training at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he completed a fellowship in geriatrics and became board certified in family medicine and geriatrics.
The Following years Dr. Gokula worked at The University of Toledo Medical Center, where he founded the Geriatric Fellowship Program. From 2009 to 2016 he was in charge of the program, successfully helping many up-and-coming physicians.
He eventually wanted to start his own practice and had a dream of helping patients
through Holistic and Traditional care.
Concierge Connected Care is now where he calls home with a focus on true Lifestyle and Longevity Medicine.

My name is Kristi Lorenc. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and am Certified in Functional Medicine by the School of Applied Functional Medicine. I began my formal functional medicine training and implemented the principles in the office setting. I quickly saw excellent results and have countless stories of victory over illness, pain, and suffering. My passion grew as well as my knowledge and experience. Having lived with many of the symptoms my patients experience, I have true compassion for those that feel stuck or hopeless with their physical or mental states. I want to offer hope, healing, and vitality to anyone willing to walk that road less traveled. I work with both males and females from the age of newborn on up, in the state of Ohio and Michigan.
